Refund policy

At Careo.pk, we want our customers to shop with confidence.

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.

To request a return, contact us at careo.pk@gmail.com with your order number, product pictures, and issue details.

Return Conditions:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
- Damaged or defective products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.
- Return shipping charges may apply if the return is not due to our mistake.

Refunds:
After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed. Refund processing may take up to 7 working days.
